Improving the Transition of Women in the Workforce
Help Halt Poverty raise $3,427 and prepare women for successful transitions into workforce by supporting their progression from school to work, and reducing barriers to their labour market entry. Most Malagasy women in today's workforce face deficits in the education and skills they need to be employable and progress in their careers. Once they have entered the workforce, they face difficulty in securing jobs that pay a living wage and offer social protections

New Training Center for 100 Ignored Labor Pools
Help Halt Poverty build a training center for ignored labor pools: chronically unemployed, lost parents, LGBT, recovering addicts, to address staff shortage serving Malagasy tourism industry. The site will include a library, a training venue (food preparation, rooms, etc.) for hands-on demonstrations. The renovation of this historical landmark will also signify the preservation of the architectural ensemble of the Old Town Fianarantsoa. Now we need to raise $5,791 funds for Anay center project
